NATA has reviewed its specific accreditation criteria publication for facilities undertaking testing for food allergen proteins and gluten. The proposed amendments are detailed in the amendment table of the document.

Following these amendments, NATA is seeking a round of public comments on the specific accreditation criteria. Should you wish to take this opportunity to comment, please refer to the link below (which opens a zip file).
