COURSE OBJECTIVES

On completion of this training course, participants will be able to:

• Effectively manage a culture collection to meet the laboratory’s requirements
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality control system for media preparation and purchased media
• Prepare test method documents which comprehensively describe the laboratories test methods of relevant quality control procedures
• Organise and monitor proficiency testing programs
• Develop verification and validation protocols for new methods introduced into the organisation
