OVERVIEW:
This course is designed to train anyone who wishes to perform laboratory assessments using ISO/IEC 17025 as the assessment standard.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Laboratory staff or management who require a sound understanding of the assessment process, or for the purpose of conducting second party audits on subcontract facilities or suppliers. It is also of benefit to staff from conformity assessment bodies involved with assessing or monitoring laboratory operations.

PARTICIPANT EVALUATION:
The course involves extensive practical exercises. Participant evaluation is carried out by a mix of individual and group assessments in both open and closed book formats.
These assessments are an optional component of the course. If completed successfully, participants will receive an Exemplar Global certified Certificate of Successful Completion. A NATA Certificate of Attendance will be issued to those participants who do not wish to undertake the assessment tasks.
This course provides an up-to-date learning experience. The content has been developed using extensive industry consultation through NATA’s network of professional staff and contacts. However, it should be noted that this is not a Nationally Recognised training course.
