The ICFA conference brings together key presenters and critical discussions on food quality analysis. 

The 4^th ICFA conference is being held in Melbourne November 20-23. This years’ theme ‘Global food sustainability in a changing climate’ is designed to generate discussion on the development of novel food science and technology and how it supports global food supply and sustainability against the impact of changing climate and the intricacies involved with their analysis and regulation.
