What is the NATA Excellence Award?

The NATA Excellence Award is a new annual award that recognises a NATA Member organisation that has demonstrated exceptional quality, innovation, competency and technical excellence as part of their accredited services and through this, made a significant, positive impact within their industry, their community and Australia.

From contributions to accreditation processes and innovative practices that surpass traditional approaches, to demonstrating a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement – the inaugural winner of this award will receive significant industry recognition.

Nominations are now open and close on April 26, 2024, close of business 5:00 pm (AEST)

Award criteria & who can nominate

The award is open to financial NATA Member organisations. Nominations must address one or more of the four key criteria areas listed below.

Award judging

A panel of judges – both NATA and external accreditation subject matter experts, will objectively and impartially assess all nominations and make a collective decision on the award winner.

Award recipient

As well as significant industry recognition, the NATA Excellence Award Winner will receive:

  • $1,000 cash prize 
  • $1,000 toward training with NATA-Education  
  • Dedicated story in NATA News
  • Engraved NATA Excellence Award 

The winner will be announced at the Accreditation Matters 2024 Celebration Dinner on June 25.
