Australian Food Safety Week 2022 is being held from 12 – 19 November.
The theme is ‘Food safety – raw and risky’ covering the risk of food poisoning from raw or minimally cooked meat, poultry, fish, eggs and vegetables as well as possible parasite infections.
Woolworths is holding a major staff event at their Sydney headquarters on November 17 to highlight the clear importance of food safety.
There will be key organisations and stakeholders involved as well as accreditation and certification bodies.
As Australia’s leading accreditation organisation, NATA will be in attendance with Life Sciences Sector Manager, Neil Shepherd answering key questions and queries regarding NATA’s accreditation involvement in the food safety area.
