Cogo Engineering: Building Trust in Regional Queensland
NATA team

Cogo Engineering, a specialist engineering services provider based in Gladstone, recently gained NATA accreditation for ISO/IEC 17025. The company, which specialises in valve pressure testing, is now keen to take its accredited testing to support regional Queensland operations.

The decision to pursue accreditation came as part of Cogo’s ongoing commitment to building trust with clients, strengthening the team’s focus on quality, and supporting safety and compliance across the industry.

Cogo was keen to give their clients confidence that their testing met the highest recognised standards. They also believe the new accreditation will help them open up new opportunities.

While the accredited testing is available in Gladstone, Cogo Engineering is taking things further by offering onsite testing across regional Queensland in areas where these facilities have not been readily available, including towns such as Mount Isa and beyond. This means clients no longer need to send equipment away, potentially saving them time and costs while ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

For those considering accreditation, Cogo Engineering’s advice is simple – Go for it!

While they note it takes time and effort, they believe the benefits including trust, recognition, and certainty for clients is absolutely worth it.

NATA congratulates Cogo Engineering on its new accreditation and looks forward to their continued contribution to their industry.
