NATA, in collaboration with the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards (GEMS) Regulator, is hosting an information webinar on Wednesday, 23 July at 1:00 pm (AEST) to support laboratories and stakeholders to meet their responsibilities under the GEMS Regulatory Program.

The 90-minute session will provide clear, practical insights into GEMS – Australia’s national framework for regulating energy-efficient products under the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012.

Attendees will hear directly from experts at GEMS, including an address by the current GEMS Regulator and acting Branch Head for the GEMS Taskforce at DCCEEW (Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water), Dan Croucher, and Assistant Director Compliance in the GEMS Taskforce at DCCEEW, Robert Caruso. They will be joined by NATA Materials, Assets, and Products Sector Manager, Diane Hobday

This session is essential for accredited laboratories and those not yet accredited. With the growing national focus on energy efficiency and evolving regulatory requirements, the webinar also highlights the value of accreditation and technical competence in this space.
