“We are incredibly appreciative and impressed with the level of service, professionalism, and dedication throughout the accreditation process of our two new sites (BNE and GC airports).
Applications were submitted on 22 December 2021 and by 18 and 25 March 2022 we have received the notification letters for granting accreditation. This by far exceeds all COS targets and reflects NATA’s commitment to customer focus and teamwork with all relevant parties.
The level of detail Shelley Fox, Naomi Hughes, Alyse Roberts and the technical assessors demonstrated during the process was phenomenal. All in all, it was wonderful experience working with the NATA team and we look forward continuing this productive working relationship with NATA.”
