NATA Commissions Updated UTS Economic Value Study
NATA team

NATA has again engaged the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) to update its landmark 2018 study on the Economic Value of NATA Accreditation to the Australian Economy.

The 2018 report estimated the contribution of accreditation to Australia’s economy to be between $315 million and $421 million per year – or over $1 million per day. The 2018 report is available here

The new study will refine prior methodology and highlight the unique and vital role of our Technical Assessors, whose third-party peer review process upholds the integrity of NATA’s accreditation.

The survey is an opportunity to demonstrate that the value accreditation adds to the economy comes directly from the work of our Member organisations and their clients, as well as the value added by our Technical Assessors.

It is also an opportunity to showcase accreditation as the invisible safety net which safeguards quality, maintains trust and upholds reliability and confidence in products and services across multiple industries.

In the coming weeks, you may receive a qualitative and/or quantitative survey. We kindly ask you to take the time to complete it. Your voice and experience are essential and without your input, the true value of accreditation cannot be fully captured.
