Welcome to our May edition of NATA News.
Accreditation Matters event
The countdown is on to the first of our free Accreditation Matters networking events in Sydney on Thursday, June 1.
We’ve had a fantastic response from our Members, Technical Assessors, stakeholders and those with a keen interest in accreditation, with more than 1000 people already registered to attend our events in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. If you haven’t done so, I encourage you to register now as some of our venues are reaching their capacity.

ISO 15189 update
For our ISO 15189 members, we are pleased to note the revised ISO 15189:2022 Standard will be adopted by Standards Australia.
To help make sense of all the changes, our ISO 1589 resources page provides additional information including an Implementation Checklist and FAQs to answer any queries you may have.
Digital authentication
Also in this issue we look at NATA’s involvement in the development of digital authentication and tracking and how it has the potential to simplify the way product testing and certification can be verified by end users.
Plus, we celebrate World Metrology Day with the launch of our Member video story – Why a Second Matters; premier the second of our ‘NATA gives me confidence in’ videos and note our newest members and key member anniversaries.
Please enjoy our May edition.
