The four-day conference to be held in Melbourne from February 28 – March 3, 2023 will offer presentations and technical sessions under a range of industry streams looking at the NDT and CM challenges that industry faces in construction and risk-based maintenance environments.
It will cover various industry sectors including oil and gas, power, mining, aerospace and transportation. Forums and discussions will focus on the current status of national and international standards as well as topics such as fitness for service of new and existing plant and equipment and much more.
Jennifer Evans, NATA CEO and APAC Chair will provide the keynote address with a focus on NATA’s 75-year relationship with the NDT industry and the Australian Institute for Non-Destructive Testing, as well as current NDT initiatives and a look to the future considering areas including artificial intelligence (AI), digital conformance and real time monitoring.
Diane Hobday, NATA Sector Manager, Materials, Assets & Products (MAP) will be part of a Q+A panel session on NDT and Quality.
Another key component of the conference will be an exhibition that will showcase the latest products, services and technology in the market.
