In September, RCA Australia (Newcastle Laboratory – RCA Laboratories-CMT) celebrates an impressive milestone – 30 years of continuous NATA accreditation. Since the early days of its Construction Materials Soil Testing Laboratory, RCA Australia has relied on the value of NATA accreditation to support their growth and deliver trusted services to their clients.
Established in 1994, RCA quickly recognised the importance of NATA accreditation and within 12-months secured accreditation for their Construction Materials Soil Testing Laboratory. Over time RCA expanded its operations to include annex laboratories to support major local projects such as the Hunter Expressway and the Pasminco rehabilitation.
Today, RCA Australia’s NATA accreditation extends beyond construction materials testing to include microbiology, calibration and environmental testing.
RCA believes NATA accreditation has been key to its growth as many of their larger clients mandate it for their service providers.
For RCA, NATA accreditation not only ensures they maintain stringent testing requirements, but additionally, a sound management system which is independently reviewed by a world recognised trusted body.
This assures clients that every test meets recognised standards giving them confidence in the accuracy and reliability of results.
We congratulate RCA Australia on this significant milestone.
