NATA will soon be showcasing its accreditation services and capabilities to infrastructure professionals from Southeast Asia and the Pacific as part of Standards Australia’s Asia-Pacific Infrastructure Standards Fellowship Program (APAC-ISF) 2025.

Held in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the two-week programme is designed to demonstrate the role of international standards in planning, procurement, risk management, and maintenance of infrastructure development.

One of the stops of the programme will be to NATA’s head office in Sydney to learn how the accreditation of standards supports infrastructure projects, leading to more efficient and resilient regional development.

Standards Australia Chief Development Officer, Adam Stingemore, said the Fellowship provides an environment to share insights on challenges and best practices, and collaborate with like-minded participants.

“This program underscores our commitment to fostering quality infrastructure development across the Asia-Pacific region,” he said.

Applications now open

The APAC-ISF will be delivered in Sydney in two stages, one for participants from Southeast Asia from 28 April to 9 May, and the other for those from the Pacific and Timor-Leste from 26 May to 6 June.

Successful applicants will receive flights, accommodation, and a travel allowance. Visit the official Fellowship website for more information and to apply.
