This course is designed for Quality Managers and laboratory staff with responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System. It explores all the key factors that need to be implemented to successfully achieve a best practice quality system by developing leaders who will engage new approaches and shape actions through sound judgement and decision making.
Risk Management
Understanding of the risk management process within a laboratory environment
Risk Management in the Laboratory is designed to introduce participants to the principles of risk management and how this applies to a laboratory setting. This course is relevant to anyone who has responsibility for identifying risks and risk management processes. The course combines the standards with risk management principles. A key focus of the learning objectives is to support an understanding of the risk management process within a laboratory environment, its context and its potential impact.
