A recently released document by the International Building Quality Centre (IBQC), has sought to address the challenge of effectively regulating building products to ensure their performance.
The document sets out a system-wide good practice regulatory framework for building products to enable confidence in product performance by regulators, practitioners, industry, and consumers.
As an active accreditor of product testing in construction, NATA is pleased to note the findings supporting the benefits of accreditation in this performance framework.
