Which session will you choose? 

Session 1:  Quality in action: A hands-on, functional workshop on how to set-up and maintain and effective management system   

A workshop that focuses on the practical aspects of setting up and maintaining effective management systems. You’ll examine real-life case studies to understand the crucial elements of management systems in a laboratory setting.

Session 2: Management Systems: Risks & opportunities 

This engaging session will explore real risk in quality management systems and how they can lead to both negative and positive outcomes. There will also be a focus on understanding how to identify and manage risk while recognizing and capitalising on the opportunities they present. We want to enhance your management systems’ effectiveness by addressing risks and opportunities.

Session 3: Management systems: Opportunities for improvement 

With the 10 most common deficiencies identified during NATA assessments presented at Accreditation Matters 2024, this workshop will discuss strategies for improving management systems to avoid these common pitfalls. This engaging and interactive session will cover methods for identifying the root causes of nonconformities and developing actions to prevent their recurrence and helping improve overall management system performance.
