An effective and efficient management system is built using underpinning principles of quality to ensure technically competent, consistent and sustainable operations.
This course covers the process of developing, implementing and evaluating a quality management system in the testing, calibration or medical laboratory that meets the requirements of international management system Standards ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 15189.
