Practical strategies to help you adapt to change and thrive through transitions
Quicklinks
Course overview
Whether it’s at work or in their personal life, everyone experiences change; and while each person experiences and adapts to change in their own unique way, there are common themes in the way change impacts people’s lives, work performance, behaviour and wellbeing.
This course is designed to develop insights into the human phenomenon of change through the lens of modern psychological theories.
It provides an opportunity to develop understanding about the key aspects of the change ‘process’ and how people naturally react to change at work and in daily life.
It also provides practical strategies to empower participants through their own change journeys and to support others to move through their own change process.
“It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
Charles Darwin, Naturalist and Biologist
